Gold Standard Diagnostics Trieste, part of the multinational Gold Standard Diagnostics Group, develops, produces and markets diagnostic kits worldwide for the analysis of chemical contaminants such as mycotoxins, drug residues and hormones in food and animal feed.  It distributes the entire portfolio of Gold Standard Diagnostics kits throughout Italy to control allergens, pathogens, GMOs, frauds, environmental toxins, pesticides, acrylamide, and histamine. 

Research and training in genetic engineering and biotechnology applied to health, nutrition and agricultural and industrial development. ICGEB provides a high-level international scientific environment for advanced research and education in biotechnology for more than 60 member states. It collaborates with other multilateral organisations, disseminates information related to biosafety, bioethics, and promotes scientific information.
