Unique Office Code

According to the new regulations, from 31 March 2015, it is mandatory to use electronic invoicing in dealings with our Administration and invoices that do not comply with the format established by Ministerial Decree 55/2013 will no longer be accepted.

Invoices must also include:

• The Tender Identification Code (CIG), except for cases exempt from the obligation of traceability pursuant to Law No. 136 of 13 August 2010
• The Unique Project Code (CUP), in the case of invoices related to public works.
