Public Relations Office

The Public Relations Office (PRO) at Area Science Park upholds the values of transparency, simplification and accessibility that are central to the organisation and its approach to external relations. 

It serves as a bridge between the institution and the public, in order to: 

• Guarantee the right of access to documents 
• Provide information about how the administration functions and the services offered 
• Promote administrative simplification and streamline procedures 
• Manage and forward complaints and reports to the relevant services 
• Publicise the services offered and how to use them 
• Periodically assess user needs and monitor their level of satisfaction. 

To request sponsorship, a written application must be sent to the PRO (Public Relations Office) in good time for its evaluation and, in any case, at least thirty days before the start of the initiative, display or event to which it refers.
