The Convention is a part of AdriaWealth project, implemented under Adriatic IPA CBC program 2007-2013. Participants from Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Albania are expected. Lectures from these countries will present project results from five countries and their common grounds: opportunities in sustainable tourism.

The conference is also a great opportunity for networking for all interested in cultural and natural heritage protection and sustainable tourism.
We would like to emphasize four special parts of the international convention you might be interested in:

• 14^th September 2016, at 11:00: roundtable discussion Sustainable Tourism: Opportunity for Heritage Protection, professionally moderated by Mrs. Jana Apih, Association for Sustainable Tourism GoodPlace
• 14^th September 2016, at 14:30: presentation of the WHITE PAPER Towards legislative changes needed to protect the stone heritage in Adriatic-Ionian macro-region
• 14^th September 2016, at 20:00: dance performance GIB V KAMNU / MOVING STONES, international coproduction of EnKnapGroup (SI) and Teatro Pubblico Pugliese and Res Extensa (IT) in cooperation with Geological Survey of Slovenia – open for public
• 15^th September 2016, at 11:​00: educational tour around Kras area

The official language of the convention is English, participation is free of charge, refreshments and lunch are included.
