We are a leading company in the field of industrial design optimization and process automation. Customer of automotive, aerospace, construction, electronics and other industrial fields use our product for simulation, improvement and optimization of their products. Some of our customers are Ford, Toyota, Volvo, Honda, Jaguar Land Rover, Bombardier, Embraer.

Our Headquarters are located in Trieste (Italy), in the Area Science Park campus. We have also offices in Novi, MI (USA) and Pune (India).

 

About the Job

We are looking for a young and motivated candidate to join a vibrant international Marketing & Sales team. The marketing specialist will work closely with the communication manager and report into the Head of the team.

Duties of the Marketing Specialist include:

  • Developing marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Developing content aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Creation and publication of engaging content
  • Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Coordinating marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
  • Contributing to marketing and communication projects
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
  • Organizing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor degree, with a Marketing scientific background and a strong interest in Technology
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to work as team player
  • Strong technical aptitude, including a good command of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of salesforce.com or other CRM products and previous experience with data entry

 

The following skills are appreciated:

  • Experience with Adobe CS suite
  • Knowledge of other languages
  • General web production skills/tools such as HTML/CSS
