Why work at Area Science Park?

In carrying out our initiatives, the care of human resources, their well-being and their work is a fundamental principle of Area Science Park: people, relationships and skills are at the core of our mission, with the aim of adding value to the whole system.

A young and dynamic Park

Area Science Park has an active community of over 2,800 people. Half are under 40 years old; three-quarters are university graduates or even have a PhD. More than half are engaged in R&D and nearly a quarter have a technical profile. With 1,020 units, women represent just over a third of the total, while men are 1,805.

A campus full of life

Staff of Area Science Park have access to a gym, a counselling desk, an anti-violence counter and can participate in conferences on prevention and well-being. In addition, at the disposal of all the tenants of Area Science Park, there are canteens, coffee bars, ATMs, equipped green spaces, cycling paths and electric vehicle charging stations.

Nursery

It is not surprising that one of the first guests of Area Science Park are children. Every year the inter-company nursery welcomes them to help the men and women working on our campuses balance their work commitments with their role as parents.
