We connect research with industry, primarily by providing direct access to our research and technological infrastructures also through competitive calls as Deep Tech Revolution.
We also promote acceleration and open innovation programmes, developed in collaboration with key players in the Italian innovation ecosystem, alongside scale-up and internationalisation initiatives aimed at facilitating access to global markets and capital.
In doing so, we promote the social and economic development of the territory.
What we offer

Deep Tech Revolution programme
Deep Tech Revolution is Area Science Park’s programme dedicated to the creation and development of high-impact, science-based deep tech business projects. Its goal is to support the transformation of research outcomes into mature technological solutions, fostering the transfer of knowledge from the laboratory to the market. Through competitive calls, the programme supports startups, spin-offs and research groups engaged in the development of technologies based on advanced scientific results.
Deep Tech Revolution is an integrated programme that combines financial support, access to high-tech services and tailored entrepreneurial support pathways. It provides advanced equipment, specialised services and scientific support for proof-of-concept activities, prototyping, technical validation and pre-competitive development. Alongside scientific and infrastructural support, participants can benefit from international study visits, training and capacity-building bootcamps, opportunities to engage with experts, and networking with investors, companies and partners.
