As usual, in addition to the possibility to access several instruments and laboratories through a single application, CERIC-ERIC offers support for mobility.<\/p>\n<p>To apply, use the link \u201cSubmit a new CERIC proposal\u201d in the VUO (<a href=\"https:\/\/vuo.elettra.trieste.it\/\">https:\/\/vuo.elettra.trieste.it\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>As usual, for the 20<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0call (the first of 2024) there will be two deadlines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>March 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a02024<\/strong>, at 17:00 CET, to have a pre-evaluation and the possibility to improve your proposal;<\/li>\n<li><strong>April 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a02024<\/strong>, at 17:00 CEST (final submission), recommended only for users that are experts in all the techniques requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>What is new in this call?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Over the last years CERIC has been increasing its capacities in the field of Energy Materials. To this end, three energy storage facilities with state-of-the-art techniques in the field of fuel cells and batteries research, have been recently included in CERIC open access offer:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 European Commissions\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Joint Research Centre for Battery Energy Storage Testing Laboratory<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>Fuel Cell and Electrolyser Testing laboratory<\/strong>\u00a0in Petter, The Netherlands<br \/>\n<strong>\u2013 Hydrogen Technology Centre (HTC)<\/strong>\u00a0at Charles University in Prague<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Additional instruments available<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u2013 AMS-IRMS Accelerator Mass Spectrometry for radiocarbon dating\u00a0<\/strong>at the CEDAD laboratory of the University of Salento<br \/>\n<strong>\u2013 Next Generation Sequencing<\/strong>\u00a0at the Laboratory for Genomics and Epigenomics (LAGE) in Trieste<\/p>\n<p>CERIC continues to offer access to:<br \/>\n<strong>\u2013 Holographic Electron Microscopy (HoloTem)<\/strong>\u00a0at University of Salento in Lecce, Italy<br \/>\n<strong>\u2013 Mass Spectrometry Laboratory\u00a0(MSI)<\/strong>\u00a0at University of Salerno, Italy<\/p>\n<p>For further information about the call, please visit the website:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceric-eric.eu\/users\/call-for-proposals\/\">https:\/\/www.ceric-eric.eu\/users\/call-for-proposals\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 20th\u00a0CERIC-ERIC Call for Proposals, that will allow coordinated access to\u00a0more than 60 instruments and support laboratories, is now open.
